Creating a Purchase Order
If you would like to purchase items please contact us by email at info@homa.art stating whether you are inquiring for personal use or trade and industry use. Industry professionals (designers, architects and resellers) are entitled to an industry discount. We will email you a price-list and catalogue. We are here to assist you at any point in your decision process. Upon selection of your item, a purchase order will be issued to your name and address requesting confirmation and payment. Once confirmed we will communicate the available modes of shipment to you. Your order will ship only after payment has been received.
Shipping and Delivery
Delivery Options:
We provide local and international shipping options. You also have the option to pick up your order in person by visiting our atelier or stockists by appointment. For more information about our atelier and stockists, you can contact us at info@homa.art.
Local and International Shipping Rates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and communicated to you upon receipt of your request to purchase.
Customs and Duties
Our prices do not include the cost of shipping and customs. HOMA is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order and all fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the receiver.
Returns and Exchanges
Due to the handmade nature of each item, there may be slight variations or differences. No two items are exactly alike. We stand behind our products and understand that unique objects can also have defects or damages. As such, we will accept return of faulty items postmarked no more than 14 days after order delivery for a full refund or replacement.
Return or exchange of items will be handled on a case-by-case basis and must be approved by HOMA's sales representative prior to return of any items. These returns will be subject to a 35% restocking fee and buyers will bear the cost of outbound and return shipping. Please prepay the postage. Returns must arrive marked with an HOMA issued RA number and must be received in original condition and packaging within 14 days. Refunds will be sent back via the original form of payment. Shipping, delivery and customs charges are not refundable.
Furniture, custom orders and marble cannot be eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Payments
Orders will not ship until payment has been made in full. We accept credit card payments - this is the most expedited method and will allow us to ship your order immediately upon processing. Invoices paid by wire transfer will not be released until payment has landed in HOMA's account.
Terms & Conditions
HOMA reserves all rights to intellectual property contained within. Rights written, common law rights, unwritten and the possible evolution of future rights yet to be invented are within the terms, conditions and restrictions of this agreement.
By receiving, downloading and/or installing HOMA assets you agree to the following terms:
- A standard document license for HOMA gives you the right to use for viewing. You are only permitted to view the assets. HOMA assets or documentation may not be sub-licensed, sold, leased, rented, lent, or given away to another person or entity.
- Except as permitted herein, you may not rename, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, share with any other parties, alter or otherwise copy the HOMA assets.
HOMA is protected under domestic and international trademark and copyright law.
